SHIPPING POLICY

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT HOW YOUR WINE GETS TO YOU

Carrier
Our preferred vendors for shipping are FedEx & UPS, however advance arrangements can be made if you GSO in CA/NV. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not ship to locations abroad.

Shipping Schedule
We ship (weather permitting) in temperate weather to protect the wine from extreme heat and cold. If conditions are right for your area (and along the way), we’ll ship on the earliest available date. If you need the wine on a specific date, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Warehouse location
All wines ship from California.

Weather Advisory
If weather between our fulfillment center and you gets really hot or cold, we will hold packages until temperatures are more suitable for safe shipment. This may delay your shipment for a week or more.  Please contact us if you want us to ship sooner during unusually hot or cold weather, as we can make arrangements for FedEx Priority Overnight delivery for an additional charge. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.

Missed Deliveries
After the third missed delivery attempt to you, your shipment will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will retain your original shipping charge and charge your credit card for the cost to re-ship the wine back to you.
